A 55-year-old woman was shot dead by criminals in the Buenos Aires town of Vicente López. The crime occurred when the perpetrators attempted to steal her Chevrolet Tracker a few meters from a police station. When the woman resisted, one of the assailants shot her in the head and they fled the scene.
According to police information obtained by the Argentine News Agency, after failing to steal the truck, the criminals stole a white Ford Territory on the streets of Porchia and Misiones. In this second criminal act, Sergio Daniel Cubino was affected. It has been noted that upon reviewing the security cameras, a support vehicle, a Toyota Corolla, was identified. The suspects fled towards the San Martín party.
The victim has been identified as Silvia Graciela Lepéz, who died from a gunshot wound to the left occipital area. The crime has been classified as homicide in the course of a robbery.
